HORSETRADER Terms and Conditions

1. Age: You must be 18 years old or over to obtain membership of Horsetrader. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from any customer, and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

2. Jurisdiction: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their membership of Horsetrader complies with the laws of the country where they are based. Your use of the site and the Terms And Conditions applicable shall be governed by the laws of the English courts.

3. All information given by Horsetrader must only be used by the individual customer. Likewise, Horsetrader will not distribute the information provided by the customer to any outside parties. Horsetrader will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your information is kept securely and protected from unauthorised access.

4. Horsetrader cannot refund subscriptions under any circumstances. Customers cannot cancel a subscription once payment has been accepted.

5. Membership starts immediately once payment has been made and the transaction has been processed.
